PROJECT OVERVIEW
University Commerce Center is a Mixed-Use Commercial business park located in Palm Desert, CA that was constructed in 2006-2007. The project consists of four buildings totaling 110,235 square feet on approximately 20-acres. Three of the buildings are Mixed-Use Commercial buildings and one is a two-story Class-A Office building. The business park is home to a variety of tenants, ranging from religious institutions to real estate firms.
